....look. It's hard I know. I know it's really hard.
But for Gods sake, when you write a intelligent villain that doesn't automatically mean you make the heroes look stupid in comparison or make the villain so unreaslticaly intelligent.

its like I hate Lex, Light and New 52 Joker, their intellect is so exaggerated.

Well they could give the heroes instructions on how to beat them. :XD:

But seriously, it is true. But this day in age, good vs. evil in pop culture gives one side or the other way too much advantage. Maybe watch or read something that is up to your standard besides cartoons or superhero movies or comics or children's novels. Explore more possibilities.

Maybe watch crime or thriller genre. Watch something involving police or detective work. Heck my coworkers just despise superhero movies, even one of them calling them "bollocks". and I agree in most part. Granted I still enjoy them. But I admit, they are overly simplistic.

Again, if you want something up to your standard or something more intelligent maybe try those crime films or TV series or novels. These requires less action and a lot of thinking as well as challenging the audience to do so as well.
