Hey, guys. I'm working on a story; its basically a noir styled story with cartoon characters (mostly cartoons from Nick, Cartoon Network and only two from Disney) but NO anime. Now, of course, I'm still planning it so I'll need help with the characters.
RULES:
1. DISNEY, CARTOON NETWORK AND NICKELODEON CHARACTERS ONLY.
2. COMICAL VILLAINS CAN BE MADE DARKER.
3. MAGCIAL VILLAINS KEPT TO A MIMUIM PLEASE
I'll set them into categories to make it easier. (FEEL FREE TO ADD CHARACTER IDEAS BUT YOU MUST GIVE IDEAS AND BIOS FOR THEM. IF YOU DO, I PROMISE THAT I WILL WORK WITH THE BIOS FOR THE STORY,. IF I HAVE A ISSUE, I WILL NOTE YOU AND COME TO A AGREEMENT)
PLOT SUMMARY: The great depression dragged ToonNet and Disney World to combine with Nick City. Crime has increased, no one can be trusted and innocence is but a thing of the past. Magic and powers now something you must work for, crime bosses from all three cities and a old organisation believed to be a myth, one man named Danny Fenton must stand up for the Nick City he believed in. But how can he do that when he's accused of kidnapping the son of Mayor Bill Glover?
Protagonists:
Danny Fenton (Danny Phantom)
Steven (Steven Universe): former citizen of ToonNet. One of the very few innocent children, he is naive to the world around him and can be viewed as a easy target. His father selling drugs for protection, the boy stays with his deceased mother's friends who are "performers" of some kind...
Commissioner Pines (Gravity Falls): head of the Nick City police department. After the great depression of DisneyWorld and ToonNet, the citizens of both cities merged with Nick City in hopes of a greater future. However, this was not meant to be with the crime war. Now charged with what is basically three cities to protect, Commissioner Stanford Pines is determined to help all he can to find the missing child of Mayor Bill Glover. But his top priority that he shares wth his twin brother will always be to take down Lil Gideon.
Crime Bosses:
Vlad Masters (Danny Phantom): Head crime boss of Nick City. A muti dollar billionaire, the man basically has the entire city under his rule; many cops under his payroll, contacts on any of his enemies. After the great depression, Masters realised that the many other criminals might be great threat to his rule. Needing more men, he aligns with Don Krabs as his weapons dealer with the promise to take back the city. But how long will this alliance last?
Lil' Gideon (Gravity Falls)*: Easily the biggest threat to Vlad Masters, Gideon makes up for his small stature for his cruel methods of torture. Having come from a town that had magical creatures, he has access to any magic (for a reasonable price) that gives him a fair advantage. Rumours spread of him worshipping a entity whose identity is undeciphered as of now.
Duchess (Foster's Home): one of the least powerful crime bosses but still a great threat. After the death of the more benevolent Madam Foster, Duchess converted the house for imaginary friends into a fight club where her fellow imaginary friends would fight to the death. Hardly ever appearing in person, she sends her enforcers to be her eyes and ears of the city.
BLUE: a crime gang long rumoured to be a myth. The members are all unknown, acting in the shadows and making precautions not to be seen. it's only calling card it a blue glove..
OTHER CRIMINALS:
Gang Green Gang (Powderpuff Girls) *

Magic War Universe Expansion Idea :)
Hey, everyone. I know things have been going slow with the Magic War Group. I’m sorry, family tragedy and Real Life got in the way. But I got a idea to let everyone have some fun with this story. @angelthewingedcat and I propose this: you can all provide your characters fate ideas or even write side story one shots that will be added to the group. By doing this, we can expand the larger scale of the Magic War. But while writing, here are some things to consider: RULES COME TO EITHER TIMEBOY08 OR I WITH ONE SHOT IDEA. This is so we can provide feedback so it doesn’t clash with the main story. Must be set between 2012 and 2016. 2016 is where the main story is set. Cannot interact with WONDERLAND. Unless you wish for their character to be part of WONDERLAND, please come to us and we will provide some pointers. KIRA is not to be played majorly for laughs. No comedic major members. For ideas how to make comedic conversation, please watch Thug conversations from Arkham City YouTube
About the Magic War Intervals
Hey, everyone. Sorry for the lack of content, real life has gotten in the way. I believe I owe you all a explanation for why the intervals in Magic War have too much focus on Sailor Moon characters. As you know the prologues and the two part interval are set in the past before the present day scenes, during the last few chapters of Death Note. But you’ll also have noticed the focus on Sailor Moon. While @angelthewingedcat’s character Wing is still the central character, Green Hood is not exactly well known throughout Japan. In contrast, the Sailor Scouts are and to be perfectly blunt, the contrast between their “monster of the week “ storylines and Light’s view of justice is perfect. The Sailor Scouts regularly fight monsters but not the criminals, the worse of humanity. Light would naturally disregard their deeds and call them selfish but even he realise that they gave their uses. As L, he easily has control over them to a degree, using them “properly”. This provides Kira more
Mortal Guests: One Shot Ideas
Mortal Guests Hi, guys. Sorry I haven’t been on a lot, works been busy. I lately realised that I haven’t been writing as much as a I used to. I want to rectify that. So...I’m gonna be doing weekly short one shots based off the arcade endings of Mortal Kombat 11. BUT there’s a twist to it. I’m gonna be doing guest characters of my choosing. It can be either anime, cartoon, game or live action characters. The characters I have planned so far are Homura Akemi (Madoka Magica) Master Xehanort (Kingdom Hearts) Steven Universe (Steven Universe) The Master (Doctor Who) Squidward Tentacles (Spongebob Squarepants) Light Yagami (Death Note) Each chapter will contain about three different characters. And I’m gonna let you guys decide who you’d like to eventually see. To get a idea of how this works, I’d recommend watching the arcade endings to MK11 https://youtu.be/B9yTh6ftBTM
Author's Note #1
This is to explain how so many franchises can exist in the same story without clashing too much with their different environments and time period like differences. Pocket Universes. To this, I refer to the opening paragraphs of the prologue: The Calcite was an ancient and powerful gem, worn by the ancient wizard Merlin. Merlin dedicated himself to teaching the future King Arthur all he knew of. Alas, the mortal king passed away before his training could be completed. Lost in the death of his surrogate son, Merlin found himself repeating the same years over and over again, but with slight alterations; sometimes the king would be an utter imbecile, some would be a female. With each different King, Merlin realized that his grief had created other universes, found across the world. With each attempt to stop this cycle of grief, the poor wizard only found himself in a loop. It was only through the Lady of the Lake that finally allowed Merlin’s suffering to ended with his life.
