Yeah this is a new meme I made.

Basically, this is for MY FRIENDS to list out all the top 8 villains they think is okay but doesn't deserve all the praise they get (TAKE A HINT WHOSE NUMBER ONE ON MY LIST). The list can include:

Overpowered villains

Obviously Evil Villains

Underused Villains

and poorly written villains.
